Don't worry, you are not the only one. Completed all of my assessments over 2 weeks ago but did not receive that email either.
I heard someone say before that it's likely they hadn't looked at your application yet if you received that email, but who knows really.

I didn't get to the video interview stage this time, but for you guys that did, did you have to complete the second attempt at speaking right away? Oh did you have as much time to prepare as you wanted for attempt number 2? Thank you

Hey! How hard are the AON tests?

Is it a similar level to the ones already on the AON website or is it made harder because it’s specially for BA Speedbird academy?

The testing is the same as any other AON assessment. However, the pass mark to progress to the next stage for BA is higher than what you would need as a self-sponsored applicant to Skyborne/FTE.

Whole thing was timed.

is anyone aware of any whatsapp groups being set up this year? seen that there have been some in past years but haven't seen one for this year

Yes, you had to speak again fairly quickly. If I'm honest, I didn't even notice it had started recording for one of my attempts.

For the Motivational piece, I'd argue my first attempt was better then my second, but you can't pick which (it's either you go with your first, or try again). So it is what it is - I'd be surprised if I got taken forward.

I'm wondering about these tests too, I've done the RAF CBAT and passed for Pilot, I'm wondering how these AON tests will compare to the CBAT ones if anyone has any knowledge on them

Have many people heard back yet? I did my video intervew bit on 25th April and had the holding email a week or so later, but nothing since then.

Just had another email saying "We will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm your outcome". Anybody else?

I think I did mine on the 27th or 28th. I had this email today.

For those who were unfortunate enough to get a no this time around, I found this video helpful - it compares fully funded schemes like SPA with the self-funded and tagged ones, and explains all the other routes in if you don't want to wait another year for applications to re-open

Nope. I gave them an email the other day as I haven't received the update emails that others have talked about, and I was told that screening is still ongoing and I am still being considered, so I wouldn't worry too much if you haven't heard back yet.
