PPL -ATPL Training
 

I am due to start OATS, self sponsored, at end of April.However, I am only 35hrs into my PPL ( just started Nav)
Is it worth me spending some of my hard earned beer money on completing the PPL before I go, bearing in mind that if I do, OATS gives some hours off the cost of the course.
Or, is it better to just wait the month and do it in the states, even though It will be 19 weeks before I touch an aircraft again!

Any opinions would be appreciated!?
