Class 1 medical with IBD
 

Hi, I have had my class one medical about 6 months ago and need some help, I have ulcerative colitis and am managing it well on a CAA approved medication, but my NHS doctor is refusing to do a 5 point CAA format write up and will not see me privately, however my AME's secretary is insisting that I get the 5 point write up from my doctor who originally diagnosed me does anyone know a way around this? And does anyone know an AME who is good with IBD and or colitis
