Do any Gliding hours count towards the 200 hours required for CPL issue ?

PIC hours (not dual) count up to a maximum of 30 under CAA/EASA.

Under the FAA you can count both dual and PIC up to 150 hours (out of 250 required under part 61)

You wouldn't have the legislation that states this would you. I'd like to read it.
This is worth knowing it can save some money
