First Solo
 

Just been solo for the first time!!! :) Feels completely surreal at the moment, but I'm getting used to being a captain <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> This smile will last for weeks :) :) :) . .Thanks to all at PPRuNe for your help and advice since I started out here, wouldn't be typing this without you!. .5 hours, 20 minutes - not bad if I do say so myself! <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Nothing like it is there? Welcome to a very exclusive club - you have just taken off, flown a circuit and landed – all on your own.

I’m told by a BA 744 driver (who should know) that the only thing better than 1st solo is your first take-off in a 747. Enjoy that feeling! <img src="cool.gif" border="0">
