Looking for a way to study

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a flight school where I can pay when I work in an airline, reducing from my salary... Or any loans that I can pay after a year.
Could you recommend me a flight school that's up to me? Or where can I take a loan for it?
I want to get CPL and ATPL.
