Theory ATPL requirements
 

Hello all,
Currently Im holding a FAA CPL/IR and CFI licenses (still under 1500 hours), and i was thinking about taking the EASA ATPL theory (frozen) exams but i have many questions that i hope someone can answer them
1- do i need to convert any of my licenses to be able to take the exams, and if so, how much is the cost to do it??
2- is there any class room minimums hours and can i study for it at home and just visit Europe to take the exams only??
3- what is the leading software question bank that i can buy online??
4- exams fees??
5- cheapest countries to do the tests??
6- how long it takes (once inside the country) to do all the tests??
