JAR Questionbank CD relaease rumour!!

Just heard a rumour that the JAR ATPL questionbank has been hacked and that because of this the Questionbank will be made available from the CAA/JAA in CD format for all to see. Can't see it happening myself (not that it really concearns me as I've finished all that tosh) but can anyone shed any light on the subject or is this another runour cooked up by someone who thinks he knows/hears more than he actually does?

This rumour is runing for a long timem but I´ve never seeing such CD. I got the feeling that this is nothing but one more rumour of many. Anyway, if it is true, I´d like to have it.

Well, it seems that JAR re-distribute the FCL Question bank on cd-rom every 6 months (http://www.jaa.nl/faqs/jaafaqs.html)to associate members. It wouldn't surprise me atall if one of these got copied and is floating around.

I have it on some sort of reasonable authority that it is an urban legend.

I could be wrong, but if this cd does exist it has taken a very long time to be sold to anyone.
