Frozen ATPL?
 

I would like to ask a question that may have been asked before, but here goes. How hard has it been for those of you who have had a frozen ATPL and minimum hours to find any kind of work with any air transport company? How long was it before you managed to get a job?

Also where have trained for the ATPL how did you find their instruction? And does anybody have any comments about the flying schools in the USA offering the JAA CPL/IR for example Pan Am Intl. Flight Academy?

Some of these questions might sound silly but I would like to know all the facts and possibilities before committing myself to a company and wasting an awful amount of money.
