BA Application Question
 

As I am filling the application for the BA I was wondering if I can get some help on the question about the motiviation to become a member of BA. Are they looking for the reasons I want to join BA or something else/more?

I mentioned stuff like the high level of training received through the BA scheme would give me all the confidence and ability to become a 1st class pilot.

BA is a company I would be proud to work for.

BA is the Oxbridge of aviation.

All that kind of cr@p - seemed to work for me.

Fleet, routes..... there's loads you can waffle on about for this one. A large successful commercial organisation blah blah blah. The leaflets they hand out are full of information and keywords for you to place in the application form - keep reading through them carefully and you'll begin to get the general idea of what they think of themselves as an organisation, and the type of people they want. From what I remember, it was a leaflet that was full of managerial garb that helped me most on this question, not the large brochures. Be honest maybe.....
