any one knows where in the world can a friend become current on an actual A320 aircraft? like doing one pattern on an airport or something.
sort of like zero flight time at a type rating school.
for the last flight within 12 months hiring requirement

You can try Adria in Slovenia or DAT in Denmark. Think you have to buy a full hour or 6 touch & go's. (Base training at €1000/circuit)
