Guide to the CPL skills test

Hi,

In Clive Hughes' 'Guide to Getting a Commercail Pilot's Licence' he mentions a book that covers the CAA GFT for the CPL. He says that it's written by 'Trevor Booth'. I had a look at the Transair web site and they have a similar sounding booklet called "Keynotes for Pilots. The JAA CPL (A) Skill Test - By S.E.Smith and M.T.Groves"

Does anyone know or have the first book mentioned. It's supposed to be a useful guide for constructive hour building up to the minimums for the CPL module.

Both very good books and worth investing in. Mine are probably out of date now but were very useful at the time.
