Is it possible?

Having a (UK) JAR CPL/IR ME, is it possible to get, let's say a QFI license or a type rating issued by another JAA state?

Indeed we are EPR.
And I'll take this oportunity to thank you also for your posts about Streamline. I'm not sure about it, though. We'll see.
