Good lord! Never seen them advertise before. Must be some new fangled equal ops requirement.

They will have plenty of highly highly qualified applicants from the ranks of the volunteer Air Cadet gliding instructors out there. A Wannabe with min hours and an obvious prediliction for an airliner position is not going to get far.

Great opportunity for someone though.
