From Europe to States
 

Hello guys, I am new here.
I have one question. My biggest dream is to become a pilot, however it is extremely difficult. I work as cabin crew in Belgium and was thinking to take 3 months off in winter and go to Florida to European flight training to do the PPL. Anybody has previous experience on this, or is planning to do something similar?
Any information will be highly appreciated, as there is loads of way how to do the pilot training and from obvious reasons I have to avoid Oxford, CTC, ...

Welcome to the Wannabee forum! There are loads of people here who have varying degrees of enthusiasm that sometimes exceeds their experience of commercial aviation! Look at the warning at the bottom of the page about 'sciolists!'

There are lots of threads regarding the way to become a pilot in what is currently a very difficult marketplace - and if you read the threads you will see they are littered with caveats - but that is probably not want you want to hear right now!

Similarly there numerous threads regarding European Flight Training (EFT) and a quick use of the Search function will show you some answers to your questions. Remember however that most people only go to one Flight Training Organisation so any comparisons are normally just speculation. You need to read, research and make your own decision before you actually visit the FTO to see if it suits you.
