Flight bag
I`m a student pilot and I want to buy a flight bag.
Any suggestions ? Where can I buy it (IT, shop,...) ? Thanks. |
Have u ever been 2 an Airport?? If u go 2 a little place called
'The FBO' or 'Flying Shop' if you're no into the whole brevity thing, u should find a bag to put all you're little charts & pens in. Good luck with it. P.S - If u dont manage to find one, Argos do a lovely line in rucksacks.  |
Look around the place you fly from at what others have , and you'll see the variety available. Choose what you like from www.pilotwarehouse.co.uk or www.transair.co.uk
At the end of the day, it's just a big bag. |
And if it's one of those big black numbers, not much use in a lightie cockpit.
Handy at home for storing amendments waiting to be done... |
Try your local John Lewis store if you want to see the thing first before buying.

Rogi - try Transair or Pilotwarehouse as mentioned by tacpot.
I_Love_CAA - he only asked a sensible question. Monkeyboy - how are you doing???? PFO |
Oops
Oops! Sorry Rogi, I didn't notice that you were from the States. In that case you won't find a local John Lewis near you. Sorry!
PFO - nice to hear from you again! Mail on it's way to you. MB |
I work for Buzz as a Customer Service Agent. We are not allowed to keep our personnel effects for a 12 hour shift in any old bag so have to pay for a bag with "Buzz" written on it. Have since found it is just the perfect size to fit everything in it I need for blasting around in a 152 or PA28! And when I get to work I can blag to my bosses that I wander around my local flying club and airport with a Buzz bag and Buzz hi vis jacket!
Answer to your question - join an airline as non flying staff - get the bag you need! |
