Which state for license issue?

Hi all,

I'm going soon to Iceland to get my CPL, my ATPL exams were done in UK and my medical class 1 is a German one (UK CAA also keeps my medical records) and I do have a FAA PPL.

As the title says I'm in dilemma which country (UK, Iceland or Germany) to choose for my license issue.

What will be the advantages to have a license from one of these countries?
