EASA Communications

Is anyone aware if there is any formal complaints procedure within EASA (Cologne)? I’m not talking about their formal Appeal Process but more with regards to general procedural/performance (or lack off) complaints.

I do hope you're not thinking of filing complaints against the UK CAA - EASA doesn't have the staff to cope with that level of demand :ugh:

Excellent, thanks. No, the UK CAA are my CA but EASA Cologne are my non responsive problem
