Distances IR/ME/CPL
 

Dear all,
I'm finding it difficult to locate a specific and simple detail about the CPL/IR/ME training period. How much distance is covered aprox during a regular day? I guess the flights are not local but don't know if one ends up landing at most of the airports let's say 400 NM around.

Pretty random question.

No real need to go more than about 50 miles from base, usually a few triangular dog legs, leaving room on the way back to fit in any general handling required before circuits at home.

Depends which part of the country you are in.

Some airports have all thats required near by and others you have travel a bit to get to where you want to go.
