Zulu flightplan EHLE => EHBK

i am looking for an example zulu flightplan.
For training purposes i like to plan a flight between uncontrolled airport EHLE and controlled airport Beek.
what is not clear to me is the way i get from departing VFR at EHLE into a airway to a STAR and how do i write it down on to a flight plan form.
