Where to find the cheapest type ratings?

Hello,

Please could you tell me where to find the cheapest B737/A320 ratings?

I hear Air Baltic, Baltic Aviation Academy, Sabenavita and flyLAL are about as cheap as they get (I think they're all in Lithuania), is this about right?

Does anyone have a view on the quality of training at these companies?

The words 'cheapest' and 'type rating' in the same sentence sounds bad from the start. Please do not consider simply getting the cheapest TR on the market. It does make a difference which TRTO you go to and plan to scribble all over your CV.
