i need an advise

hello my name is roni i am 34 years old and i have a commercial license in israel .
i have now 300 hours and i have also a romanian passport
my question is what do you suggest me to do ?
to do a jaa license and to try to work in europe or to build my carrier here in israel as a commercial pilot ?

Is the such a thing as general aviation in Israel? Build up some more hours and work your way into the Airlines (if that's the path you are interested in).
