CAA Flight Crew Licensing

Does anyone happen to know where the Public counter at the CAA is for same day license issue? Am I correct in saying it's this one:

Gatwick Airport South
West Sussex
RH6 0YR

as it says - they do not offer initial license issue or upgrade.

turn up around 7.15/7.30 and try to get in there as number 1 otherwise you'll be there all day.
