JOC or Sim Assesment Preparation Course?

Hi all,

I finished my MCC and I am now wondering whether to do a full JOC, or just do a Sim Assesment Preparation course (SAP) instead on a 737.

Realistically, I will be going down the Ryanair route, so can anyone give me some advice which course would be more beneficial and cost effective.
