Navigation: Help.. Greenwich Hour Angle

Hi Guys,

I am stuck in a Greenwich hour angle question. I tried going over the material again with no use. Can someone please show me how to solve these kinds of problems?

The greenwich hour angle sun found on 21-3-2000:
UT 0310 - GHA Sun 225°42.3' DEC = 008 01'S
UT 0320 - GHA Sun 228°98.2' DEC = 000 01'N

Calculate the exact longitude in which the Morning civil twilight occurs.

Anyone?
