Jeppesen Chart Training Manual

Quick question for you all, does anyone know where I can buy a copy of the 'Introduction to Jeppesen Navigation Charts' (the training manual published by Jeppesen) in the UK?

I'm certain that one of the web-based aviation stores must sell it, but all my google searches have only bought up US based websites (the book's only $7 but then they're after $30 shipping!). Any pointers would be much appreciated.
