Becoming a PILOT

Is this how you become a pilot?

PPL-ATPL THEORY-CPL FLIGHT TRAINING-IR-MCC THEN YOU GET A "UNFROZEN-ATPL"

IS THIS RIGHT? also:
After you've done that course then where do u go to turn atpl theory/cpl/ir/mcc into unfrozen atpl?

KINDA!

(insert a little hour building and knowledge of the search function)

The 'unfrozen ATPL' isn't actually a licence given to you. When you get your first flying job (assuming you're thinking about airlines) you fly for that airline, post type rating, on your blue CPL until you have 1,500 hours where on passing your next proficiency check you're able to send off to the CAA who'll give you a lovely green licence which is known as an ATPL.

..but in future, please use the search function and find out the answers to your questions before making a new post because it's probably been answered before.

Good luck, S88

1500 hours with a few stipulations added in and an ATPL check. The plan is that you get some sort of a job once you have a frozen atpl and you work on some sort of reduced salary until you built up the requisite hours for your ATPL to be unfrozen. You can act as co-pilot with an fATPL, but not as captain.. Yugosin - have a look at LASORs (google it - it's a CAA publication that tells you everything you need to know) - or try using the search function - I see you're new, but this stuff is the basics - it's been covered many many times already. Once you know the basics, you'll find that this site is really useful for fine tuning your decisions about how to go about getting the bits you already mentioned done..
