JAA ATPL and non-JAA time questions

1. I have JAA CPL with ATPL theory with appr. 250h TT. If, lets say, I will start flying in one airline based in non-JAA country with other non-JAA but ICAO licence, is it possible later to use this time to unfreeze JAA ATPL?

2. As one of JAA requirements for ATPL issue :
(2) [ ][(i) 500 hours as pilot-incommand
under supervision; or
(ii) 250 hours either as pilot-incommand;
or
(iii) 250 hours made up by at
least 70 hours as pilot-in-command and the
necessary additional flight time as pilot-incommand
under supervision;]

how to get those "pilot-incommand under supervision" time flying as first officer with airline on 737 or 320?
