Short Pilot

Ok i'm looking at doing my CPL. I'm only 161 cm tall and when I fly curently have something behind me or under me to boost me in the seat. ( I have gfpt) At this short height will this affect my flying in future? flying twins and so on and getting work?

Not a problem. I'm even shorter than you - around 159cm - and fit quite happily in a Q400. Come to think of it, I was never asked my height at any stage of the training or recruitment process.

I know a fair few other commercial pilots who are similar in height.
