Which Instructors Manual
 
I have been discussing a manual which instructors use as their bible. Obviously, Campbell was discussed but are there any decent alternatives.

CASA has been keeping one in publication since the late 60s. Short and effective, see Civil Aviation Safety Authority - Flying training resources - Flight Instructor Manual (Aeroplane)
