If you must meet with the '3 hours in preparation for the practical test ... in the 60 days preceding the test' etc rule [14 CFR 61.109(a)(4)] then bear in mind §113 of Aviation and Transportation Security Act as amended by §612 of Vision 100--Century of Aviation Reauthorization Act, codified at 49 CFR 1552.3 and 49 USC 44939, applies.
