Advise on JAA PPL Study books
 

Next summer (2009) I'm plannning to do a JAA PPL course in the US. Since these courses are quiet intensive, I'd like to prepare myself on the theoretical part.

Do you have any recommedations in regard to which books to buy (and where to buy them)?

I came across the following:

They offer the Trevor Thom's Air Pilot Manuals
Are they any good?
