Intercockpit and Flight Safety

Hey
Just wondering in anyone in here has any previous or current experience in Flight Safety in Florida or Intercockpit. Im looking into these two school for 0-fATPL and just wondering if I can get some info on how it is, what pilots who have been there think of these schools and generally any info. Ive had a friend who went to flight safety in 1999, he's told me very positive things, but thats some years ago :}
