school information needed

Hi I'm a french flight dispatcher and I'm decided to pass a CPL/IR/ME in Canada or US ab initio

as i'm not planning to work in Europe for the moment so Im not interested by licence conversion but if you have any tips for the future !!!

could you please recommend good schools (not Cargair CA) in Canada,Florida,California that offers good ME training considering instructions,aircraft,accomodation and of course budget
