JAA Convesion

I have FAA ATP and over 9000 TT. Typed in B737 and B1900.
Current on the 737.
I'm looking for the fastest, easiest and cheapest way in the US. Do I have to go Europe to get my medical?
And can I use the same license to work any where in Europe?
Appreciate any info.
