Why are you not more interested in quality/value for money?

atr42 BE1900

Always interested in quality ,even if cheap(I would bear the brunt of ensuring my standards are up to quality).I have an expired initial type R on ATR423 and just wish to get the formality out of the way by renewing it for some freelance work. The BE1900 isnot an ircraft that has a high return on investment and so do not look to spend huge amounts of money just to have a current license

What quality/value for money did you have in mind?Lets hear it:)
