Would be Pilot

My son is a graduating this year from PATTs - AVTECH. Can anyone suggest a good flying school here in the Philippines? How much more or less will it incur and for how long? After flying, what would be the next step? Apply in PAL to gain more experience? If he studies in PAL what are the expectations?

The questions may sound so funny or weird for you guys, but am a lost soul, so please help me out. Suggestions/advices are GREATLY APPRECIATED. :)
