Time and Estimate
 

I would like to know if the time and estimate of the course CPL/IR are often respected ?
is it necessary to add 30% in the estimate ? for exemple, because of the weather I think etc...

I think they are fairly accurate, however it will depend on the weather, as you rightly pointed out.

With regard to the cost, I would try and find out from Stapleford what is included and what isn't. Some schools don't include things like approach fees and landing fees. These can come sometimes amount to a few hundred pounds, depending on where you go.
