ICAO SVFR

Can anybody state what the ICAO SVFR weather limitations (cloud ceiling in feet, RVR, flight vis, etc) are for T/O, landing and flying within a control zone ?

I believe the ground and in-flight visibility is to be at least 1500 metres.

Any idea with the rest?
