jet orientation course?

is it worth doing the J.O.C.?
how many of you have found it helpfull towards your careers?
i know it doesnt cost much in comparison to other courses but after spending all that cash the last thing id want to do is fork out more money for something which i could have done without .

The JOT might help with going to an interview if they require a sim ride.
