PPRuNe Forums - Pilot Warehouse orders...

I ordered the JEP Student Pilot Route Manual from Pilot Warehouse... a few weeks go by, nothing.

So I email them. I asked them for the tracking number.

Their response:

The package has been shipped Air Mail post and should be with you shortly.

It would be great if you could advise us when you have received the shipment.

So it's been a month now, and no package. I thought, hmm.. well I can't really wait until it gets here to advise them, so I've emailed them again... seems kind of absurd, they obviously aren't overly concerned in having me buy anything there ever again. I checked Royal Mail's website, there's no way it should have taken more than 5 days. WTF?! Time to order another one... from somewhere else.
