Hi there,

The Trevor Thom series will do the trick, I think they are about £18.00 each, or if you buy them as a package, you can get them cheaper. Alternatively the Oxford CD package is a good one, however I am not sure about cost.

They are all available from Transair Pilot Shop. Chick here for the details.

They are a piece of cake. With UAS training you'll get them no bother, don't worry.

Try EBay for books as you can probably pick up the lot for a pretty good price.
Failing that (or if you want them new), try price comparison sites like Kelkoo as I managed to save about 40 pounds on the whole set just by shopping around.

Hang fire. If you are with the UAS, you may be exempt some groundschool exams.

Check out LASORS and then buy the PPL confusor for the rest.
