hi all
wondering what to do with myself ?
i am currently a member of a military gliding club where i enjoy gliding every (allmost) weekend.
i am a silver "c" rated pilot
i have had ppl experiace which i done at 17.
i never managed the full ppl as i ran out of money before completeing the ground exams.
i am in the position again of doing my ppl using dispensation for my prevous experiance.
this time i want to get the exams out the way before doing any flying is there any ground study schemes in hampshire area?
is the AFE Jeremy Pratt books better/easier to understand than the Trevor Thoms?
also i would like to go more proffesional in my flying but feel bound to the millitary as i get alot of cheap flying through millitary clubs.
my plan is this from silver c to ppl (also basic(gliding)flying instructor)tugging for a while then IR CPL i not sure what to do after that as i am not intrested in flying 737s and the likes across the country i would prefer more adventure i.e Crop dusting or something similar in developeing country has any one done this or want to do this also?
