Bloobing

Just a quickie question regards some gen nav help. I`m going in for the nav exams in the coming months and wondering if anybody out there remembers how to blob. I used to remember how to do it but that was a few years ago. This q would more than likely make sense to ex ATA students. Cheers!!!
