Requirements!?

i just look on monarch airlines to see what positions it had for people who are looking at a job as a pilot or FO, the requirements/Qualifications are:

"Minimum qualifications for pilot applicants are a UK or JAR-FCL, ATPL (or frozen ATPL), MCC course and 2500 hours flying experience, of which 500 hours must have been completed on a heavy turboprop or jet in excess of 15 tonnes"

My question is after gaining my JAA CPL/IR (Frozen ATPL), where would i get the experience which they require i.e. 500 hrs on heavy turbo prop?

You'd have to try and get a job with a company that takes on low hours pilots, quite possibly after working as an instructor for a while. The requirements you've quoted would suggest Monarch aren't one of them. However, they are about, normally smaller outfits where job opportunities appear through word of mouth and are filled without ever being advertised.
