The next step???

Ok.. so you have passed the 14 exams, Commercial and IR are done... what is the next step..
Are people going strait to the airlines..
Are we buying our own type ratings...
Are we flipping burgers at McDonalds..
What have people been experiencing? All comments are greatly appreciated.
