Need Study guide of the JARs

Can someone tell me where I could find something to study within the JARs?

Here's my situation I must take a test of the FCL 2/ 2.470 subject 070. Sounds great right. It is Operational Procedures.

Any ideas where I can find some study materials on this subject?

Unfortunatly its not only ops proc thats in the exam.

There is also a reasonable chunk of polar grid navigation.

If you can get your hands on Oxfords feedback its a huge help as well.
