unresrricted ATPL

Is it possible to get an unrestricted UK ATPL whith:

- french theorical ATPL
- 2400 multi-engine,2200 IFR
- CPL/IR(Europeen), MCC

I believe that all of the components of a JAR license must be issued by the same JAR state. In the case of an ATPL, this would be the PPL, theoretical exams and CPL. (Not the IR - that's a rating, not a license.) So the answer is No.

However, I'm not certain - the place to look for the definitive answer would be LASORS.
