If you mean the JAR OPS for the ATPL G/S - I am sure that Oxford sell the book (study material) for Ops procedures. www.transair.co.uk or www.oxfordaviation.net

If you want to pass the exam - I would try and get a hold of the Oxford Feedback for ops procedures

The only way you can get the whole thing is to buy it from Rapidoc (For ordering call +44 (0)1344 861666). The current price of JAR OPS1 is USD 137.00 (£86.13). You can view Section 1 only on the JAA website (www.jaa.nl).

There is a full copy of JAR ops in the OAT ops book.

In fact I have seen several copys of said book in ops departments as it cheaper to buy than the proper version.

JAR OPS in the Oxford OP book is an outdated one, I think from 1999. Since then there has been two updates.
