BEST HSBC Branch for loan

short and sweet i promise :-)

Anybody please can tell me the branches they have had successes with getting the proffessional studies loan (UN-SECRURED)

I need 25,000 and my bank manager who knows nothing about flying offered upto 20,000 un-secured and the rest secured on property, but have read people have got higher amounts un-secured from branches with a little knowledge of the industry.

I am in Havant near Portsmouth

any advances much appreciated
